The project

This installation covered the front and side windows of a box bay in Market Harborough. The before, during and after photographs show the progression from the original glazing to the completed shutters.

What we fitted

We fitted full-height Paulownia wood shutters in Silk White with 89 mm louvres. The panels follow the front glazing and the right-angle side returns of the box bay.

The finished result

The finished shutters provide a coordinated appearance across the box bay. Adjusting the louvres changes the balance of daylight, outlook and screening. Privacy depends on louvre angle, viewing position and lighting.
