The Northampton bay before and after fitting white full-height PVC shutters.
The project
The three openings included a bay with angled sides, an obscured-glass bathroom window and a single window with a timber sill.
What we fitted
We fitted white full-height PVC shutters with midrails and 63 mm louvres throughout. In the bay, the panels follow the angles of the glazing around the sill.
The finished result
The finished bay shows how the upper louvres can admit daylight while the lower section is tilted closed. The bathroom photographs show the same arrangement on a smaller opening.
