Perfect Fit PVC Shutters — No Drilling Required
Perfect Fit Shutters are a different system from our standard framed PVC shutters. Rather than a conventional outer shutter frame with hinged panels that swing open like doors, the Perfect Fit panel fits directly to a compatible uPVC window or door. The panel does not open independently — it stays fitted to the window or door and moves with it when opened — while the louvres can still be tilted to adjust light and privacy.
The panel clips directly into the existing window beading without any drilling, screwing or damage to your window frame or walls — making it ideal for uPVC double-glazed windows, conservatories, French doors and inward-opening patio doors, and rental properties where a removable, damage-free solution is required.
It simply clips in and out — it can be removed and reinstalled without any tools and without leaving any marks.
Available in white, with a 10-year warranty and a 3–5 week lead time. Perfect Fit shutters are available in 63mm louvre size and are suitable for full height, café style and tier on tier configurations.

Split Tilt (Duplex), Divider Rails and Tier on Tier — What's the Difference?
PVC shutters offer more than one way to control light and privacy across a single window, and it helps to see the difference rather than just read about it.
Standard Full Height
Louvre groups operate together unless split control is specified.
Divider Rail
A physical horizontal rail separates sections where used.
Split Tilt (Duplex)
Separate groups of louvres within the same panel can tilt independently.
Tier-on-Tier is different again — it uses separate upper and lower shutter panels, not one panel split by a rail. Tier-on-Tier is not the same as Split Tilt (Duplex).

Configurations
Styles Available in PVC
Full Height
Panels running the full height of your window — the most popular and versatile configuration. Available with or without a divider rail (mid-rail), which physically separates the panel into sections where used.
Café Style
Shutters fitted to the lower half of the window only. A practical and attractive choice for kitchens and bathrooms where you want privacy without blocking light.
Tier on Tier
Two independently operated tiers giving complete control over light and privacy at any time of day. Particularly popular in bathrooms and bedrooms.
Bay Window
PVC shutters can be fitted to bay windows, following the angles of your bay for a neat, seamless result. Suitable for standard bay-window configurations, including 90° and 135° arrangements, subject to survey.
Bi-Fold / Multi-Fold
For wider openings and multi-panel windows, PVC shutter panels can be arranged in hinged bi-fold and multi-fold configurations where within specification. Available configurations depend on the window and shutter layout and will be confirmed during your home consultation.

Choosing Your Louvre Size
63mm louvres
The most traditional size with close louvre spacing, giving excellent privacy and a classic shutter look. A popular choice for bathrooms and smaller windows.
76mm louvres
The most widely specified size. Works well in most rooms and window sizes, balancing privacy with light control.
89mm louvres
The widest louvre, letting in the most light and creating the most open, airy feel. Works particularly well in larger rooms and open-plan spaces.
How Your Louvres Are Operated
Front / Offset Tilt Bar
A slim visible tilt bar positioned toward the hinge side of the panel. Moving the bar adjusts the connected louvres together for straightforward light and privacy control.
Rear / Concealed Tilt Bar
The same tilt-bar mechanism positioned behind the shutter panel for a cleaner appearance from the front, while retaining the same connected louvre operation.
Split Tilt (Duplex)
The louvres within the same panel are divided into independently operating groups, allowing the upper and lower sections to be tilted separately for more flexible light and privacy control.
Warranty and Care
Our PVC shutters carry a 10-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. Claims for defective or incorrect products must be raised within 5 days of installation, before any alterations are made to the shutters.
For everyday dust: a dry cloth or the soft brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner. For marks and stains: a damp cloth or wet wipe. Soap and lukewarm water can also be used. Do not use abrasive cleaning products.
Colour-matched screw cover stickers are supplied with white PVC shutters for a perfectly neat finished appearance.
